Access to the Duke vivaria by protocol associates will be granted when the following conditions are met:

1)   Listed as a protocol associate (PI, co-investigator, animal users) on a current protocol.

2)   A Personnel Qualification Form (PQF) for the listed species on the protocol has been submitted and approved by the IACUC.

3)   The individual desiring access has enrolled in the Occupational Health and Safety Program by completing the required web training and has received 'CLEARANCE' from OESO and EOHW.

4)  The individual has completed the DLAR Facility Orientation Training.
